I recently had a new battery fitted and the radio is now asking for the code. The code I have in my audio guide is 5541 but the radio is not accepting it. The car is an 03 Focus 1.6LX and the radio type is the 6000cd. However, there is no serial number in the audio guide!

Can anyone help please!
