I tried without success to press buttons to get my serial number on my cd6000 radio and now it seems I need to take it out, have looked on ebay and not entirely sure which ones to get, my car is an 04 ford k a, am a woman with little knowledge of such things so any help will be great

Am really struggling to find my serial number too, hold the buttons down as suggested it then says 50701940 DP MV SH 09=00=00 Would really be grateful for some help, am desperate to get it so can get code, and listen to my music again Those are not the Serial Number The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER ...
