Hi I'm having problems obtaining serial number for 6000CD stereo. Have radio release keys - PC5-132 - that I was reliably informed were the correct keys. But they didn't work. And one is jammed. Help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urC-4NbXvDQ The radio in the video is not the same as mine (6000CD)....

I'm having problems obtaining serial number for 6000CD stereo.
Have radio release keys - PC5-132 - that I was reliably informed were the correct keys. But they didn't work. And one is jammed.
