Got it sorted, mechanic managed to remove radio and I used the software to get the code and unlock radio

Hi, not sure if anyone can help...got the Galaxy back from mechanic and the radio is locked - can't find the code in the book so have tried getting the serial number. I tried pressing 6&1 with no joy then I tried 6&2 and it says no serial number!? Its a 6006E.
