Hi, I couldn't find the database at the start of the thread to check my serial number. I think it is V000444 if anyone could help me with a code please. Thanks very much.

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

A recommended honest and reliable supplier who supplies codes with a guarantee is here

Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service

Thanks red rooster. I saw some 'V' serial numbers had codes so I thought I'd ask. I'll give the link a go. Thanks again.

Hey thanks for getting back....
I managed to get the code from a seller from eBay for £1.99. It seems there are a few ford techies out there willing to undercut their place of work for a few extra quid.
Thanks
