Thanks redrooster . I actually found the same code last night in one of my booklets, but it's not working. WOuld there be any reason why? The radio was working on the way to the garage on Wednesday and obviously they disconnected the battery, so now it's not which is quite annoying .

2992 is the correct code for the Serial Number you quoted V023563
Post the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number.

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
