I have a 6006E radio and my serial number is MO68807 does anybody know the code?

Howday, I am running a Street Ka with a 6006E radio serial M003095 can you help? Also, the screen comes on when I press it in the top right hand corner - is there a fix for that?

M003095 code is 8618
