Hi all
I have a 2004 MK1 focus and don't have a code to unblock my radio.
I have tried holding down buttons 1 and 6 to get the serial number but don't get a number with a letter at the start?
The unit is a 6000Cd eon
Is there another way of obtaining the serial number or will I have to remove it and get it from the sticker?

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
