Hi please help, i think my serial number is 507000 in the begining screen it says MV so i have no idea if its M or V...

If it says MV then it is unlikely to be M507000
However try M507000 code 3466 once only and post back here with an answer

I have a Ka Luxury - o4 plate with the original 6000 RDS cd. When I press 1 and 6 together I get a scrolling list as follows.
50702000
64
then
DP MV SH
255
then
09-00-00
CD
I lost my code and don't have a clue how to get my radio going. Please can someone help.

None of those are the correct radio Serial Number
The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
