Try leaving the radio switched on (without interruption) until the display shows CODE - - - -


Ford Code Entry Instructions for most Ford radios

Once the unit has been turned on the display will show ' CODE - - - -'

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the fourth digit

To save/store the code press the [ 5 ] key ....................... or sometimes it is [6] or [>]

The set should now operate.

Thank you for the reply.. I know how to input the code however, the issue I have is that that the buttons will not respond allowing me to enter the code?

Is it CODE - - - -

or something else ?

The screen is eliminated and showing

The 4 digits are flashing!

When I try to push the bottoms (any button) nothing happens?

Even tried pressing the 1-6 together which gave serial number in first place and NONE of the buttons respond!

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the small, free database

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

(You have to beware of dodgy Russian / Romanian sites offering cheap codes !)
