Thank you for this, but unfortunately it has not worked! I just downloaded the program myself to make sure, and got the same number as you. 7728.

Am I entering the serial number wrong? The 3 screens that come up when holding 6 + 1 show the following:

"MGP DJ5", "4- 09" and "07--02--00".

You are not quoting the correct Serial Number

The radio will have to be removed in order to find the correct number on the label on the casing

Just taken the radio out and used the program to get the new code and it worked!
