@nijebitno that's done it, thank you! I have been without my stereo in my car for well over a year as the 2 different radio codes provided when I bought the car were wrong but yours worked a charm!
Thank you ever so much for your help and finally I can use my 6000 CD again and put away the tiny portable AUX speaker I've had in my car for 16 months!
