Hi Everyone
Have just started at a new firm and noone knows the code of my 6000cd
typical.
Have read alot of this thread and it seems i have to get the serial number, tried pressing and holding 1 and 6 and only got this
MGP DJ5
4-09
07-02-00
If that info is no good as i suspect i will try to get hold of one of those things that go in the four holes to withdraw the radio, anyone know what
that tool is called?

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
