after removing my batterie I have no more radio

here is the
part number 3M5F-1 8C821-Be
and the serial number CAM047227

Hi, i did the same thing, disconnected my battery and now the radio needs a code

part number 3M5F-1 8C821-Be
and the serial number CAM081725

Any help would be much appreciated
