Hi Judith ... MGP DJS 4-09 is not the Serial No. ... to facilitate the Serial code is a letter (M) or (V) +6 --- example Mxxxxxx numbers include

turn on the computer press 2-6 buttons at the same time and you will leave in the Serial No. ........... screen also works on some computers the 1-6

You can also search in the glove box label (sticker) which is the Serial No.

The
correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
It usually begins with
M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Hi
I have a Ford Focus and since some electrics work the radio needs the keycode inputting.
The serial is: M160818
Can you help?
