It has been trough a engine change.

Ive found a nr that I think could be translated to the code M51686

cd1985, missing a number. The number M51686 is incorrect

Oh crap, thanx for trying. Okay seem that a radio removal is the only right thing...

cd1985 could be zero? (0)

The nr i wrote was the end of my chassis nr. That was the only nr i found in my papers that resembled other nrs on the forum. If it were zero what would the code be?

ive tried 1234 1111 0000 and a nr one have to code keys to the car.

ive also tried to get the Mnr from the stereo by pressing 1,6 and relesing 6. it gave me a bunch of stuff but no nr begining with M

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

I digged it out from the panel M014775 with the use of 4 sawblades.
