changed battery ,need radio code sony 6cd dab serial no comes up as SOCD1XB V001029 ASSISTANCE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED . ASTRO

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number
( and you have checked the small free database at the top /1st message of this Forum ) then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

called into ford main agent with the serial no V001029 they insist that ihave to take the radio ,WHAT DO YOU THINK ??????

Not necessary if you have the correct Serial Number
