Hi, i have got the code from the ford dealer after giving them my serial number , but the code wont work , its a sony system any help would be appreciated i only have 2 attempts left

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321


....so make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Have done the 1 and 6 that is how i know i have correct number but code still doesn't work
