[NEED HELP] Code for my Sony CD132-CD6

Hi all,
Can you help me to find the code for my Mondeo stereo?, it's a SonyCD132-6CD with M011741 as a serial number.
The code on the back its unreadable.

I am also having problems with my Sony cd132-cd6, the details for my stereo are as follows
Part No. 3s7t-18c815-dj
Serial no. M007197
Model. CD132 - Cd6
Item. CdX-FC 132
I have been given the code of 6078 which I have entered 7 times to no avail I'm now on my 8 the attempt and I know I only have 3 more attempts, I'd anyone can shed any light on what the code could be I'd be much appreciated.
