Hello forum !

I need the keycode for a 6000 cd unit on a fusion .
Unit reset due to battery being disconnected for charging.
The serial number is V098380

Thanks for replay, I've got the code from dealer, but when inserted the radio switch off . No way ,
so I changed with a new one , same model CD ford 6000.

I've another question now. Shouldn't I get the radio info also in the dash-board ?
It's planty of space the deplay of the dash board ..... what for ?!
My car has a hand-free telefone system and is a Ford Fusion dated August 2007.

Switch the radio on and the word CODE should appear in the display

Repeatedly press button 1 until the correct first digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 2 until the correct second digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 3 until the correct third digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 4 until the correct fourth digit of the code is displayed.
Once the code supplied is showing on the radio's display,
press button 5 to activate the radio.

Good morning , Can anybody help me ? im trying to retrieve my code on a ford transit ford cd 6000 I told its difficult to get as all the v series codes have to come from ford themselves serial number is --- V140014 ITS A 2011 Ford transit , kind regards dave .

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
