Hi People, I'm looking for some help here, I have a ford focus Mk 2.5 2009, Here is the story so far.
My radio kept going into phone mode, I was advised to remove the fuse 112 and wait 5 mins before replacing it, which I did.

It's now asking for the code, the one on a sticker in my radio guide book says .. Serial number V291642...Key Code 8796 I have tried this with no luck, so the little sicker in my book is usless. The serial number is correct as I have had the radio out and checked it but it just won't allow me to put in 8796.

Any ideas please??

Switch the radio on and the word CODE should appear in the display

Repeatedly press button 1 until the correct first digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 2 until the correct second digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 3 until the correct third digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 4 until the correct fourth digit of the code is displayed.
Once the code supplied is showing on the radio's display,
press button 5 to activate the radio.

Thank you hegylako it worked, I was trying to pressing 8 for 8 and 7 for 7 and so on.
Why don't they mention this in the hand book, it just says input the code ...Don't tell you how to put the code in, would have cost me £25 at my local dealer.
