Radio code ford ka

Hi can someone please help the wife's car has had a new battery and we do not know the code for the radio. When I press 1 and 6 the following info scrolls round.

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard in order to quote the correct Serial Number printed on the label on the metal casing
