Ford Radio Code please help

I have managed to remove the radio and the serial number I have is not an M or V but instead it’s just 283973070921
Ford SAM radios are made by Sanyo for the Far East and Australian market and the codes are only available from your local Ford ( Australia ? ) dealer database.( or a Radio Decoding Service) so are unlikely to be free from anywhere on the Internet.
They are not listed on the usual Ford database ( UK/Europe/USA)
