Ford Fusion 2 radio umlock code anyone 04 reg

Hi guys Don't suppose anyone can help out here?
The radio serial number is B3 01259 and OOOF 15 255 if that means anything?

Remove the radio from the dashboard and post all the letters and numbers on the label on the metal casing
