Travelpilot code

I am about to lose my s#!t.........can anyone help with a code for my travelpilot unit in my smax please. Sorry if I sound short but I have tried everywhere and all I get is "oh sorry, but you unit is too new"!!! "We can't find the code" if anyone can help you may just save my sanity
