Hi,

I’ve had my battery changed and I need a code for the radio however ford can’t help due to it being a 2011 model with an SD card and the dealership isn’t helping me either.

How do I take the radio out so I can get the serial number and model number. It’s a Blaupunkt FX Travelpilot one.

And what would I need to know to get the code too.

Search YouTube for a video of your particular model and radio.

You will most likely need x4 flat extractors ( cheap on Ebay)

Then quote all the serial number and model details printed on the two labels on the radio casing

Thank you. I did google it but couldn’t find at first. Have managed it now and posted what the numbers are I need in another thread.
