Hi. Hoping anyone can help, so frustrating

I've done press 1 and 6 on radio to get the elusive serial number but nothing comes up that looks like one, this is what the read out says

Sorry...none of those are the required Serial Number

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard in order to quote the correct Serial Number printed on a label on the metal casing.
