Sony ford radio

So I bought a ford Mondeo Gina 2008 it’s and I’m trying to connect my phone with Bluetooth and it says audio muted I’ve heard of ways of getting rid of this maybe by disconnecting the battery but then I will need a radio code I believe this is serial number socd6x7voo3333
