Please help! Ford fiesta RDS EON 4500 Code

Hi all,
Recently got a new battery and therefore require a code that I domt have for the entertainment system on my car.
I dont have as I bought car and never had a ford before didnt evem know you needed this PLEASE HELP

Hi
New here...I have just got a ford ghia from my sister but the battery was dead and radio is now locked! The model is M017198. Would anyone know the code to unlock? Thanks in advance if you can help.
