Anti-theft PIN requested

Hi all, my boyfriend got me seat heating as a surprise for my birthday and the technician had to take everything of the battery. Very happy with the surprise, but now unable to use my radio
. Can you help me with the PIN I need to put in? Many thanks in advance!
