Good Day

I have a 2010 Ford Ikon 1.6 Ambiente. I recently replaced my car battery. Upon putting the radio on, it asked me for a code. I do have the code, but it's saying pin error the whole time. My radio has a 12-digit serial number.

Serial Number: 362207400935
SAM Model: 14790935

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If no-one else replies then you'll have to try your local Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service
