2014 Ford mondeo navigation touchscreen radio code

I have the serial no starting C7E3 and key code 4digit. Its not working. Not sure if its the right info. Onscreen its displaying vehicle identification number (vin) and please enter device pin

Hi guys, my mondeo recently had engine work done and now needs a radio code but im struggling to get one. The serial number is c7e3fo966 d3095192. Anybody any ideas?
