I Have just had my Auto Gearbox repaired by the garage who sold my car, went to collect and code is flashing on the radio!

They were useless but i have obtained the following information from the Radio, can anyone help with the code and is the unit a Sony unit as it says ford on it and not sony?

i sorted it, realised s/n should be V03479 not 12 on the end, bit confusing! codes 9524

V series Database works a treat
