Ford Sound 2000 lost radio code

Hi guys,
I know this question was asked before and i did comment on that post but I have not received any replies.
I just bought a 1989 Ford Sierra 2.0i LX with a radio that is locked, as in i cant even try and enter the code.
When i first turned it on i was able to enter a code once, which i made three 0's i think.
since then it locked and i cant get any response from it now.
Do i just leave it unplugged for a while?
My main question is actually, i know (or assume) its going to be locked when i unplug it for a while, but can someone help me
with a code for when i can enter it?
It has 89FB-18K876-BA as a number and im not quite sure where i find the other number.
Numbers i have:
On the white Ford sticker where it says Ford 2000 etc. it has a barcode and under that is FD 2004 K 0104142.
also, on that side, is another dealer sticker where it says JUN94 and on that sticker there is 260923.
On the side there is a blue and white sticker that says made in brazil.
left of those words, perpendicular are the numbers "260."
right of that "made in..." text in the blue section at the top, is a Ford logo, Then ESRT22DPS
and below that, still in the blue, 89FB-18K876-BA
under that in the white section of the sticker is a barcode with the numbers 0109485 on the top left of the barcode.
I went to a Ford dealer and all they could tell me is that its a very extensive procedure and it will cost quite a lot and it takes over 2 hours to do. Really?
and after that he said that if i have exhausted all other methods, then i can try and book someone to assist me, and charge me of course.
Added info, the dealership was dead. It didnt look like anyone had been in there the entire day and they were literally sitting around playing on thier phones.
Extra info: it has been unplugged for 9 days now.
If anyone can help me, i'd be really grateful.
Thanks,
Nev
