Keycode for Ford 6000cd

Took the hit for a new dmf clutch for our Ford Focus on 57 plates. got in it and realised the garage had not put in Keycode and i have not needed it since i bough the car 3 years ago. Can anyone help?

Serial Number is V237791
Model single CD KW2000
7M5T-18C815-BA
