Ford Transit AY63 Plate

Hi, the serial number I have for this radio is V097022. Can you advise the radio code please? The driver has 5435 but cant unlock the radio. The information was taken from a book in the glove box but I am wondering whether the book was from a previous driver/van?

that code is correct for that serial
have you tried pressing and holding down the number 6 button and whilst holding press number 2 button, this should show serial on screen

are you saving the code by pressing the 5 button after you enter code

I have now been advised that the serial number for the radio is V102618. Can anyone help with a code for this radio? Thanks.
