M088561 serial can anyone help please?

Can anyone advise me where I can find the serial number of my radio to be able to get the code for it? TIA

it will be on the sticker on the radio or stamped on metal casing of radio

if you turn radio on
press and hold button 6 whilst holding then press button 2 and hopefully it will show on the screen
