HELP!!!

Hi, i removed my focus battery as i was about to do some welding, when i reconnected the battery it asked me for a code to reset the radio, i do not have a code to reset it, and i cannot get the radio out to find a serial number. I have tried pressing 1 & 6 and all that comes up is the following....

06-02-06
CD-KW-08
30/11/2005
05-01-02
ALIGN
SWP1-6561
SWP2-14C044
SWP3--AC
SWP4-

i have no idea how i can find the serial number, Any ideas would be much appreciated.

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard in order to quote the Serial Number printed on the label

Hi, Thanks for your reply. i have tried to remove the radio with the relevant keys to do so, but the radio seems to be jammed into the dash
