Radio code for a transit t260

Hi I have resentley got a transit 2010 plate I had to change the battery now my radio don’t work on my original booklets I have a unit type number fDV200
A serial number V081455 and A key code 9524 the key code don’t make the radio work can any one tell me
The code help please

when you enter code are you pressing and holding (I think key 5) to save code
