2011 Focus, Ford FX Navi, No V or M code, please help

Hi all,

I need the code for my stereo as I disconnected the battery trying to fix the bloody bluetooth as it has stopped playing my music over bluetooth. By doing this I locked the stereo

I have rung multiple ford garages and one of them to be fair said they would help for free if i could give them the V or M code on the stereo, I took the stereo out but do you think I have a V or M code ? of course not

Can anyone help with this please ?

Now, I dont suppose you know why it wont play my music over bluetooth anymore do you ? When I hit Aux it just goes to line in ? Although the bluetooth works for phonecalls ?
