Hey redrooster, me again. The unlock code you gave me which worked a treat. Now can you or anyone else help? When i try to connect my android phone by bluetooth it says the list is full and i need to delete a phone, but the list is empty, so wont let me connect any phone. Any advice?

I cannot supply an answer apart from the usual one with is to reset your phone.

On the iPhone that involves pressing and holding both buttons for 10 seconds

Cheers red rooster but it's not an issue with the phone.I can see Ford Audio appear on my phone's Bluetooth list. It's the radio voice which says that a phone needs to be debonded from the list, but then a message appears to say the list is empty.
